Easy at home Gua Sha Technique
Apply your favourite face oil to allow the stone to glide gently on your skin.
With a firm yet gentle pressure, place your stone at a slight angle on the back of your neck and glide in an upwards motion about 3 - 5 times.
(Starting with the neck opens up lymphatic drainage)
Work around the neck, then begin with one side of your face, starting at centre of your chin, following the jaw outwards 3-5 times. Continue from centre outwards, following the contours of your face to the forehead, giving your under eyes and fine lines some extra love, then work on the other side. Once complete, pass lightly in a downwards motion finishing at the neck to drain and detoxify.. drink lots of water post Gua Sha to aid in eliminating toxins.
